DEKRA Emission Check - Collier Road

Employee was incredibly sexist and making inappropriate jokes about me being a woman and relying on "daddy's money" and asking if I had a husband. Told me I'm "living in a man's world" with zero context. Think it was Ben (white, older).

I never thought emissions testing was a complicated process until I failed because of user error. Fortunately, the folks at DEKRA are pros and figured it out. This is where I’m going for future emissions tests!

Masoganist and overpriced. This man felt it appropriate to talk to me like a child. Before I finished asking a question, he repeated his answer like 5 times. And this isn't the first time based on other reviews. Wont be returning.

Mr. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’d just had my car serviced and he walked me through cooling the car down prior to emissions to reset car systems. I was able to return to receive EXCELLENT service Mr. Ben provided. I left DEKRA Emission Check as a happy customer!

Super convenient location and very quick analysis. They were polite and didn't try to upsell anything. They also provide a variety of services if needed like windshield wiper replacements and gas caps in case they fail on the test. It's been my go to location for my yearly emissions test for years and highly recommend them.
